Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN POLICY
- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Products returned after 3 days will be regarded as Warranty.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- There is no cash refund, Products shall be exchange with products.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Joyland phones & Accessories, either online or at a Joyland Retail Stores can be returned. Apple products purchased through other retailers will not be acceptable at JOYLAND phones and accessories.
- The product must be returned with a receipt given at purchase.
- Physically damaged products will not eligible for Return policy.
- Damaged products will be repaired by our technicians with a fee.
- You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
